Poppi’s 2024 Employee National Meeting Day 2 and 3

After a high-energy welcome party that turned the Sunset Room into a disco-branded Poppi world, the team rolled into Day 2 of the national employee meeting with intention. It was time to connect, share, and reset—but of course, Poppi wasn’t going to do it the boring way.

The day started poolside. With yoga mats laid out under the early Austin sun, Amelia guided the team through a restorative morning session, bringing a little calm before a full day of programming. Upstairs, the Headshot Bar was back in action on the second floor, ready to help employees look sharp for internal profiles, press kits, or just a fresh LinkedIn update. The setup stayed open throughout the day and became a low-key favorite across the event.

Upstairs, The Line Hotel hosted a full day of internal sessions, with Palladium Production Services managing all tech and AV. As the Poppi team shifted between general sessions and breakout rooms, The Lounge Booth was there documenting moments, movement, and team connections from all angles.

Meanwhile, Eclipse Event Co. was already setting up for the evening offsite and rooftop event. At P6, the team began placing a sleek bar facade and coordinating layout, while Grand Lady Floral added their flair to one of the cutest photo ops: huge marquee letters spelling Poppi! It was definitely the focal point for the evening.

As breakout sessions continued in the afternoon, Eclipse Event Co. worked behind the scenes to get the night’s events into motion. While attendees dove into strategy and storytelling, the team prepped for what would become a choose-your-own-adventure evening across the city. 

Coolers of Poppi were loaded, wristbands were organized, and buses were staged. Some headed to High 5 for bowling, drinks, and low-stakes competition. Others made their way to Urban Axes for axe throwing—an unexpected hit. For those looking to stay closer to the water, the Austin Rowing Club had kayaks and paddleboards ready to go. Eclipse Event Co. managed the full flow of transportation and logistics, moving hundreds of guests across multiple venues without missing a beat.

As the sun dipped, the rooftop flipped. Eclipse Event Co. set the scene with a clean bar install, and Saint from Premier Entertainment took over the aux—her set instantly turned the vibes all the way up. The rooftop shifted into full-on party mode. Phillips Protective kept things smooth at the entrance while Vogue Vignette sketched guests into live fashion illustrations, one by one. The energy was dialed—music pulsing, lights low, and that effortless Poppi cool everywhere you looked.

Day 3 kept the pace lighter. Back at the Line Hotel, the final day kicked off with more internal sessions. Palladium Production Services supported the morning programming while Eclipse Event Co. prepped for the last event of the week: a Poppi-style pickleball sendoff.

Buses rolled out one more time, this time to Austin Pickle Ranch, where Eclipse Event Co. helped divide everyone into teams and get wristbands distributed. Custom pickleball paddles, branded for Poppi, were the star detail—each guest grabbing one before heading to the courts. Specs provided the bar beverages for the afternoon hangout, and Mandola’s Catering arrived on-site with pizza to keep the good energy going between matches.

As the day wrapped and the last few cold cans of Poppi were cracked open under the sun, the three-day experience ended exactly how it started: with flair, fun, and an amazing employee meeting down in the books!
