On January 18, 2020, the JLA pulled out all the stops and hosted an incredible event at the JLA Community Impact Center. As an organization dedicated to voluntarism, women's development, and community improvement, the JLA knew how to celebrate their hardworking employees in style - and that's exactly what they did!
But this wasn't just any ordinary party - it was a Panic Button games extravaganza! Thanks to the expert planning of Lauren from Eclipse Event Co., the JLA's Community Impact Center was transformed into a party paradise.
The moment guests walked through the door, they were greeted with a plethora of exciting activities to choose from. The Austin City Photo booth was an immediate crowd-pleaser, with guests eagerly posing with various props and taking home amusing mementos of the night. And the fun didn't stop there – guests were also able to showcase their creative talents with live graffiti art on a huge screen, adding a unique touch to their photos. Meanwhile, the Game Plan Entertainment video game station, featuring beloved classics like Jenga, Pac-Man, and Street Fighter 2, provided endless entertainment throughout the entire evening.
Premier Entertainment was on hand to provide the perfect soundtrack, with a DJ and lighting that set the mood and kept everyone moving. And the talented sketch artist from Vogue Vignette added a unique and unforgettable touch, wowing guests with her incredible talent.
Of course, no party is complete without delicious food, and Root Cellar Catering Co. did not disappoint. The fresh tomato bruschetta with ciabatta and honey orange chicken skewers were just a few of the highlights that guests couldn't get enough of. And thanks to Marquee Event Group, the rentals, including tables and linens, were taken care of with ease.
All in all, the JLA employee appreciation party was a smashing success. It was a night of fun, games, and delicious food that everyone enjoyed. And with such a fantastic event, we're sure the JLA team is already counting down the days until the next one!
