On June 27, 2024, the Austin Atlassian office was transformed into a vibrant game show with “Come on Down,” an epic get-together themed around the classic TV game show The Price is Right! Lauren from Eclipse Event Co. made the magic happen, turning the office into a buzzing arena ready for fun.
The day kicked off early with the arrival of Unique Design and Events, who draped the walls with curtains to set up the gaming area. Right behind them, Strong Events showed up with a giant wheel centerpiece that made guests feel like they were truly contestants on a game show. Soon after, Eclipse Event Co. got to work on a friendship bracelet station—adding a fun, interactive touch for guests to create keepsakes as they mingled.
By afternoon, all things entertainment arrived. Game Plan Entertainment rolled in with a Plinko board, while Groove Labs set up the screen, backline, and tables for the game show portion. Then it was time to bring on the drinks! Root Cellar Catering’s bartenders came prepared to serve up signature Cucumber Jalapeño Margaritas with a twist, alongside some non-alcoholic options to keep everyone refreshed.
As the clock neared showtime, Extragrams’ fabulous drag queens made their entrance, ready to host and keep the energy high! The DJ from Premier Entertainment Group set the perfect vibe, mixing tunes that created a lively but chill atmosphere.
When the guests weren't dancing, they enjoyed a spread from The Peached Tortilla, featuring unique bites like BBQ Brisket Tacos and Kimchi Mac & Cheese, with desserts by Bananarchy rolling in just as the games wrapped up for sweet endings of chocolate-dipped frozen bananas.
Photographer Shelley Elena captured every moment, from the suspenseful spins on the giant wheel to the laughs shared over Plinko plays and friendship bracelets. And as the night drew to a close, the DJ kept the energy flowing, giving guests a chance to dance before everyone packed up and took their final photos by the big wheel.
It was a day filled with games, and good vibes—one that everyone in Austin’s Atlassian office won’t soon forget!
