This wasn’t your average team meeting. Dell, Microsoft, and Intel joined forces for a corporate event that felt more like stepping into a real-life Minecraft world—planned pixel by pixel by Lauren and Kristi from Eclipse Event Co.

The goal? To showcase how Microsoft and Intel’s cutting-edge technology powers the Dell devices that help customers build, grow, and thrive—in any world, real or virtual. And what better way to bring that message to life than with a little Minecraft magic!

The event space inside Dell HQ transformed into a fully immersive Minecraft universe, brought to life by Jordan Flowers and Events. Giant pixelated trees, floral cube shrubs, and grassy terrain made it feel like you’d spawned straight into the Overworld. Silk and fresh florals blended beautifully to recreate the game's signature textures with a creative twist.

Kitsch Event Styling leveled up the experience with massive Minecraft character builds made entirely of flowers—perfect for photo ops and even better for wow-factor. Paired with sleek lighted pedestals and modern decor from Cort, the event struck the perfect balance between playful and polished.

Every detail was on-theme, down to the linens from Premiere Events, which brought a clean, modern feel to the tables. The beats from Saint with Premier Entertainment Group kept the crowd energized—no Redstone repeaters required. They also have some fun prizes for the group to win from kayaks to minecraft inspried toys it was all very on brand!

Fueling the afternoon: pixel-perfect boxed lunches from Root Cellar Catering with choices like turkey + brie, veggie wraps with hummus, and brownie cubes (because Minecraft, of course). Drinks like strawberry hibiscus agua fresca were served in clear acrylic cups—fittingly potion-esque. We even had tons of Poppi on hand for when they strike up a thrist.

While teams mingled, explored new devices, and talked strategy, Lauren Maria Photo captured it all—every laugh, every booth interaction, every pixel-inspired detail. And because no Minecraft world is complete without a creative build, Game Plan Entertainment brought in a giant Lite Brite setup where guests could design their own pixel art. It was part nostalgic, part competitive, and all fun.

The entire event drove home one message: Dell’s tech, powered by Intel® and Microsoft, is here to help customers build what's next. This was more than a themed gathering—it was a hands-on, high-energy showcase of what’s possible when powerful partnerships come together.
