The energy was electric, the skyline was glowing, and the partnerships were stronger than
ever. For the second year in a row, Eclipse Event Co. had the absolute pleasure of planning
and executing the E-Commerce Partnerships Agency Summit—a two-day experience
designed to build community, foster collaboration, and spotlight Austin as a hub for
innovation and creativity.
With over 200 attendees flying in from across the country, we pulled out all the stops to
make sure this summit delivered value, fun, and unforgettable memories from start to
finish.
Day 1: Game On, Gear Up, and Cruise into Connection
Pickleball with a View
We kicked off the summit with a jolt of competitive spirit—an 8-round Pickleball
competition at Urban Pickleball Club, nestled right in the heart of downtown Austin.
Surrounded by towering skyscrapers and the hum of city life, players battled it out with
serious skill (and even more serious trash talk). It was the perfect way to energize the group
and get people connecting early on.

Workshops + Schlotzsky’s = A Power Lunch
After a refresh break, attendees made their way to Capital Factory inside the Omni Hotel
where we hosted a delicious networking lunch featuring none other than Austin’s own
Schlotzsky’s. Then it was on to three back-to-back breakout sessions (curated with the
latest insights for e-commerce professionals), followed by three more rotating workshops
so guests could mix, match, and maximize their learning.
Speed Networking with Purpose
We wrapped the day’s formal programming with a fast-paced speed networking session
that paired agencies and tech partners for 3-minute mini meetings. The energy in the room
was electric—and the potential partnerships? Limitless.
Sunset Cruise + Fajitas + Bats = Peak Austin
With the sun beginning to dip, our partners at Around Austin shuttled guests to Capital
Cruises on Lady Bird Lake. There, under a glowing Texas sunset, attendees enjoyed Hyatt
Regency’s iconic fajitas, cool breezes, and a once-in-a-lifetime view of the Congress Avenue
Bridge bats as they took flight. It was pure magic.

Day 2: Texas Hospitality Meets Thought Leadership
Welcome to Assembly Hall
Bright and early, we welcomed guests to Assembly Hall in East Austin with custom swag
bags, name tags, and the sweetest local touch—Texas-shaped cookies by Hayley Cakes. The
room came alive with vibrant, curated decor from Premiere Events, Moontower Event
Rentals, and Quest Events, creating a professional yet warm space to connect and create.

Kicking Off with Culture
Day two literally kicked off with a beautiful live performance by Round Rock Ballet
Folklorico, setting the tone for a day full of purpose and passion.

Power Talks, Round Tables & Recharge Zones
With help from our production partners at Austin Event Lighting and Nomad Sound, the
main stage lit up with lightning talks, round table discussions, and big conversations that
tackled the present and future of e-commerce collaboration. In between sessions, guests
took advantage of mobile charging stations provided by SOS Charging Solutions, making it
easy to stay connected and fully powered all day long.

Alfred’s Catering fueled the minds (and stomachs) with a locally inspired breakfast and
lunch, and the atmosphere stayed buzzing with conversation and collaboration.
Captured Moments
The event was professionally captured by the talented Brio Photography and Lauren Maria
Films, while Jessica Frey Photography offered a pop-up headshot station—a major hit for
guests ready to refresh their LinkedIn profiles.

The Grand Finale: Happy Hour + After Party
We weren’t about to end things quietly.
Happy Hour Highlights:
- Live music from Luke Bellet
- Signature cocktails from East Austin Hotel’s bar team
- Delicious bites from JAG's BBQ and J’s Hibachi food trucks
After Party Vibes
After a quick refresh break, guests made their way to Punch Bowl Social on Congress
Avenue for a Western-themed after party complete with:
- Custom embroidered bandanas (cowboy hats, horseshoes, and sassy slogans galore) by Rumi Lane
- A Wanted Poster-style photo booth by Premier Entertainment
- Arcade games, dancing, and all the yeehaw vibes
