2022 Bandana Ball

The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas hosted their 33rd Annual Bandana Ball, and it was an incredible success, raising over $870,000 for families in need. The event took place on September 23, 2022, at the beautiful Star Hill Ranch, which was the perfect setting for the rustic Texas cowboy-themed party. With the help of Lauren from Eclipse Event Co. everything went according to plan.

At the beginning of the event, there was a lot of nervousness in the air due to the scorching Texas heat which had soared to a whopping 100 degrees. Both Lauren and the organizers were anxious about the prospect of enduring the sweltering heat throughout the day. However, despite the initial concern, the day turned out to be absolutely perfect as the temperature cooled down significantly towards evening, creating an ideal climate for the occasion.

Upon their arrival, guests were greeted by longhorns and presented with various entertainment options, such as a wine toss and a whiskey tasting. Of course, the highlight of the event was the much-loved traditional armadillo races, which added to the authentic Texan atmosphere and provided a source of amusement for all the attendees.

As the night went on, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner provided by RootCellar catering, and various programs that kept them entertained throughout the evening. The highlight of the night was the live auction, led by the charismatic Cowboy Auctioneer, Heath Hale, who kept the crowd engaged and excited.

One of the most notable aspects of the event was the incredible vendors who helped make the Bandana Ball such a memorable occasion. Premiere Events provided the rentals for the event, and their team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Palladium Production Services provided the audiovisual equipment, which helped bring the night to life. Their lighting and sound systems were top-notch and helped create the perfect ambiance.

The talented musicians from the 90s country cover band Straight Tequila Night, provided the perfect soundtrack throughout the day, and kept the guests dancing well into the night. Finally, the event would not have been possible without the amazing valet service, who made sure that every guest's car was parked safely and quickly.

Overall, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas' 33rd Annual Bandana Ball was a huge success, and it was all thanks to the hard work and dedication of the vendors who helped make the night a memorable one. It was a wonderful celebration of community and generosity, and we look forward to seeing what next year's event has in store.
